What is Snackwize?

Snackwize is a healthy snack subscription service designed to make healthy eating fun, affordable and convenient.

Each month, we surprise you with a curated selection of 17- 20 of the latest, up-and-coming snack brands, as well as new products from the popular brands you know and love. Think wholefood bars, dipped and dusted almonds, beef jerky, coconut chips, organic popcorn, plant-based protein balls, raw chocolates, natural protein bars, garlic roasted cashews – and lots more!

How much does it cost? 

Snackwize subscription boxes cost $49.99/month + $10 shipping Australia-wide.

Please Note, shipping fees for Australian regional areas costs $13 per box. Shipping fees for 3 or 6 month subscription plans are paid upfront during checkout.

How do I sign up for a Snackwize box?

Signing up to Snackwize only takes a few minutes. Simply click here to select a subscription plan and checkout.

Can I try just one box?

Snackwize boxes are only available as part of a subscription. If you’d like to try just one box, we recommend a monthly subscription which can be cancelled at any time. We just need 2 days notice prior to your subscription renewing.

Can I choose what’s in my box?

Snackwize is all about discovery so the contents of the box are a surprise. We like to include a mix of products in the box, so each month you will receive different products. Snackwize makes no representations and gives no warranties that all or any of the products in the monthly box will adhere to your specific dietary needs and lifestyle. Snackwize is not responsible or liable for you receiving a product in your monthly box that you are unable or unwilling to consume for any reason whatsoever.

How do I change my payment information? 

You can update your payment information through the customer portal, via your customer account login.

How do I update my address?

You can update your postal address through the customer portal, via your customer account login.

Am I eligible for a refund?

Snackwize does not offer refunds, including no partial refunds. For monthly, 3, or 6 month subscription plans that have already started; Snackwize may, at its sole and absolute discretion, decide to offer a refund under extenuating circumstances. Snackwize does not accept returns of monthly boxes or individual products under any circumstances.

What payment methods to you accept?

Our secure checkout accepts credit/debit card payments from Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

What are your Billing & Cancellation policies?

All regular subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled through the website. If you are on a monthly subscription you will be billed on the 25th of each month. If you are on a 3 or 6 month subscription you will be billed every 3 or 6 months on the 25th of the month, in advance of the month ahead. Unless a subscription is cancelled 2 days before the above renewal dates, the subscription will automatically renew for a further subscription period and you will be charged the subscription price. 

If I cancel, will I still receive all my boxes?

If you are on a 3 or 6 month subscription, you can cancel at any time and will still receive all the boxes remaining on your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Where do I download my latest invoice?

You can download your latest invoice through the customer portal, via your customer account login.

When am I billed? 

You will be billed on the day that you sign up to Snackwize. Following this, you will be placed on our advanced billing cycle. If you are on a monthly subscription you will be billed on the 25th of each month, if you are on a 3, or 6 month subscription you will be billed every 3 or 6 months on the 25th of the month paying for the month ahead.

Shipping Info 

How do I track my order? 

A shipping link will be sent to your email once your box has been dispatched.

Who deliverers the box?

We ship with a courier service to ensure quick and safe delivery of your boxes. Snackwize is not responsible or liable for any delay of delivery of your box or any damage caused to your box which is beyond Snackwize’s control.

If you're not home at the time of your delivery, a collection card will be left so that you can arrange collection/redelivery.

When will my Snackwize box arrive?

We send out our snack boxes once a month. You need to place your order by the 25th of the month prior, in order to fall into the delivery in the first week of the month.

Delivery times after your box has left Snackwize HQ are:

  • 2-4 days: Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne & Adelaide Metro, Regional Victoria & NSW, ACT and Northern Queensland
  • 4-15 days: Perth, Tasmania, Far North Queensland, Northern Territory, Regional QLD, WA, SA
