What is Snackwize?

Snackwize is a healthy snack delivery  service designed to make healthy eating fun, affordable and convenient.

Our chief snacking experts have curated a range of the best tasting healthiest snack boxes from our catalogue of over 500 premium healthy snacks.  Think wholefood bars, dipped and dusted almonds, beef jerky, coconut chips, organic popcorn, plant-based protein balls, raw chocolates, natural protein bars, garlic roasted cashews – and lots more! Choose from our Gluten Free, High Protein, Vegan, Kids, Christmas & Variety snack boxes.

How much does it cost? 

Snackwize snack boxes start from as little as $35 + shipping. We have 10 snack boxes to choose from which include Gluten Free, Vegan, Protein, Kids, Christmas & Variety. 

Please Note, shipping fees for major metropolitan areas is $10 a box while  Australian regional areas cost $14 per box. 

How do I sign up for a Snackwize box?

Signing up to Snackwize only takes a few minutes. Simply click here to select a subscription plan and checkout. You can also buy one off boxes. 

Can I try just one box?

You sure can! You can choose between a one off purchase or sign up to a monthly subscription so you never run out of snacks. 

Can I choose what’s in my box?

Snackwize is all about discovery so the contents of the box are set by our chief snacking experts as a surprise. Snackwize makes no representations and gives no warranties that all or any of the products in our snack boxes will adhere to your specific dietary needs and lifestyle. Snackwize is not responsible or liable for you receiving a product in your snack box that you are unable or unwilling to consume for any reason whatsoever.

Due to supplier shortages, there may be times where snacks listed on our website may not be available at the time of purchase. If this is the case Snackwize will replace these snacks with substitute snack until we receive more stock. 

Membership & Billing Questions

How do I change my payment information? 

You can update your payment information through the customer portal, via your customer account login.

How do I update my address?

You can update your postal address through the customer portal, via your customer account login.

Am I eligible for a refund?

Snackwize does not offer refunds, including no partial refunds.  Snackwize may, at its sole and absolute discretion, decide to offer a refund under extenuating circumstances. Snackwize does not accept returns of snack boxes or individual products under any circumstances.

What payment methods to you accept?

Our secure checkout accepts credit/debit card payments from Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

What are your Billing & Cancellation policies?

All regular subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled through the website. If you are on a monthly subscription you will be billed on the date you sign up and then every 30 days. Unless a subscription is cancelled 2 days before the above renewal dates, the subscription will automatically renew for a further subscription period and you will be charged the subscription price. 

If I cancel, will I still receive all my boxes?

If you cancel your subscription before the payment date you will not get your box. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription through the customer portal, via your customer account login. We have no lock in contracts. 

Where do I download my latest invoice?

You can download your latest invoice through the customer portal, via your customer account login.

When am I billed? 

You will be billed on the day that you sign up to Snackwize. Following this, you will be placed on our advanced billing cycle. If you are on a monthly subscription you will be billed on the 25th of each month, 

Shipping Info 

How do I track my order? 

A shipping link will be sent to your email once your box has been dispatched.

Who deliverers the box?

We ship with courier companies for metro shipping, and Australia Post for regional orders.   Snackwize is not responsible or liable for any delay of the delivery of your box, or any damage caused to your box which is beyond Snackwize’s control.

If you're not home at the time of your delivery, a collection card will be left so that you can arrange collection/redelivery.

What happens if I use a PO Box as an address?

Snackwize cannot send our snack boxes to PO Boxes. At the checkout page we clearly highlight this above the shipping address information. If you provide a PO Box address at the time of placing your order, your snack box will not shipped until an alternative address is provided. If you change your mind and cancel the order after it has already been packed, then a packing fee will still be applied to your refund should Snackwize deem one is acceptable. 

What happens if my snack box is returned to Snackwize?

If for any reason your snack box is returned to us from the courier company or Australia Post. Snackwize will email you to let you know that you have 7 days to get in touch with us organise re-delivery. Re-delivery of your snack box costs $15. If after 7 days we have not received a response from you, we will donate the box to charity. 

When will my Snackwize box arrive?

We send out our snack boxes within 2 business days after placing your order. 

Delivery estimates after your box has left Snackwize HQ are:

  • 2-4 days: Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne & Adelaide Metro, Regional Victoria & NSW, ACT and Northern Queensland
  • 5-12 days: Perth, Tasmania, Far North Queensland, Northern Territory, Regional QLD, WA, SA
