What is Snackwize?

Snackwize is an Australian healthy snack delivery service designed to make healthy eating fun, affordable and convenient.

Our chief snacking experts have curated a range of the best-tasting, healthy snack boxes from our catalogue of premium healthy snacks. Think wholefood bars, dipped and dusted almonds, beef jerky, coconut chips, organic popcorn, plant-based protein balls, raw chocolates, natural protein bars and lots more! Whether you're looking for paleo, vegan, dairy free, nut free or gluten free snacks, there’s something for everyone in a Snackwize box!

How much does it cost? 

Snackwize snack boxes start from as little as $45 plus shipping. We have many snack boxes to choose from which include Gluten Free, Vegan and Variety boxes. 

Please note, Australian shipping fees for major metropolitan areas is $12 a box and $15 per box for regional areas. 

How do I sign up for a Snackwize box subscription?

Signing up to Snackwize only takes a few minutes. Simply click here to view our selection of snack boxes, select your favourite box and choose the subscription option from the product page.

Can I try just one snack box?

You sure can! You can choose between a one-off purchase or sign up to a subscription so you never have to worry about running out of snacks.

Can I choose what’s in my snack box?

Snackwize is all about discovery, so the contents of the box are set by our chief snacking experts as a surprise and cannot be customised. 

In the case of supplier shortages, there may be times where snacks listed on our website may not be available at the time of purchase. In this instance Snackwize will replace these snacks with a suitable substitute snack until we receive more stock. 

Snackwize makes no representations and gives no warranties that all or any of the products in our snack boxes will adhere to your specific dietary needs and lifestyle. Snackwize is not responsible or liable for you receiving a product in your snack box that you are unable or unwilling to consume for any reason whatsoever. 

Shipping Information

When will my order arrive?

Orders will be dispatched from Snackwize & The Fruit Box Group HQ within 2 business days after placing your order.

Then please add the following delivery estimates after your box has left Snackwize HQ:

+ 1-3 business days: Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Australian Capital Territory and Tasmania.

+ 2-4 business days: Western Australia, Far North Queensland and Northern Territory.

Please note, we are not liable for any delays which can occur and are outside of our control.

    How do I track my order? 

    If you purchase a Snackwize box, a shipping link will be sent to your email once your box has been dispatched.

    If you purchase a fresh produce box from our friends at The Fruit Box Group, tracking is unavailable for these deliveries.

    Who deliverers the box?

    We use trusted courier companies to deliver our snack boxes. All fresh orders will be delivered by The Fruit Box Group.

    Please note, if you're not home at the time of your delivery, your order will be left unattended. 

    Snackwize is not responsible or liable for any delay of the delivery of your order, or any damage caused to your order which is beyond Snackwize’s control.

    What happens if I use a PO Box as an address in the Checkout?

    Snackwize cannot deliver to PO Boxes as stated above the shipping address information in the checkout. If you provide a PO Box address at the time of placing your order, your snack box will not shipped until an alternative address is provided. If you change your mind and cancel the order after it has already been packed, then a packing fee will still be applied to your refund should Snackwize deem one is acceptable. 

    What happens if my snack box is returned to Snackwize?

    If for any reason your snack box is returned to us from the courier company, Snackwize will email you. You will have 7 days to get in touch with us to organise re-delivery. Re-delivery of your snack box costs $12 per box for major metropolitan areas and $15 per box for regional areas. If you do not wish for the box to be re-delivered, Snackwize, at it's discretion, may choose to offer you a refund minus the shipping & any pick & pack fees which we have incurred as a result of fulfilling your order.

    Subscription & Billing Questions

    What payment methods to you accept?

    Our secure checkout accepts credit/debit card payments from Visa, MasterCard and American Express. PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available.

    How do I change my subscription payment information? 

    You can update your payment information through the customer portal, via your customer account login.

    How do I update my subscription postal address?

    You can update your postal address through the customer portal, via your customer account login.

    What are your Billing & Cancellation policies?

    All regular subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled through the website. For example, if you are on a monthly subscription you will be billed on the date you sign up and then every 30 days. Unless a subscription is cancelled 2 days before the above renewal dates, the subscription will automatically renew for a further subscription period and you will be charged the subscription price. 

    Am I eligible for a refund?

    Snackwize does not offer refunds, including no partial refunds. Snackwize may, at its sole and absolute discretion, decide to offer a refund under extenuating circumstances. Snackwize does not accept returns of snack boxes or individual products under any circumstances.

    If I cancel my subscription, will I still receive my next box?

    If you cancel your subscription before the payment date you will not get your next snack box.

    How do I cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription through the customer portal, via your customer account login. We have no lock in contracts. 

    Where do I download my latest invoice?

    You can download your latest invoice through the customer portal, via your customer account login.
